Poor Quality Products

I just bought a 1 meter Avalon built in braai from Chamberlains. Nothing works. The grilles are too small for the casing and the sideways burner is placed in the middle of the cage and immovable. What a disappointment considering I paid the same price I would have paid for braai master.
