Avalon Braais And Fireplaces - worst company ever!

This must be THE WORST company I've ever done business with. After almost a year and, several visits, complaints, threats, etc. I still don't have all the equipment on my braai. The supp**** braai is substandard and components manufactured of too thin metal, causing the whole thing to be completely deformed by the heat of the fire. As their largest built-in spit braai, it is going to cost me much more that the purchase price of it to fix the problem. This company deserves to go out of business as the only thing that is good with them is their marketing material. Their product supp**** is absolutely not worth it and there is nothing to speak of in terms of client service, only empty promises!
