Avalanche Fourways never again!!

Never again. Took my 10 and 12 year old to Avalanche . We paid R100/hour each, but after a few minutes the boys said they get stuck on the slope and can hardly slide. I was told this is because the water is off. They refused to put it on, after complaining to the manager, it was put on for a few minutes with no effect. We were not offered a refund and had to leave. Total waste of time and money. Slide is dilapedated and tubes and gloves horrid
