AVA Prepaid Water- Pathetic Service

The AVA service has not been available since this morning. This means that no one can purchase or top up water. The first response from their call centre is "there is a system error which IT is working on, and this has been all day thus far. The second response is that they apologize for any inconvenience as they are busy with maintenance. There wasn't any communication to users that there will be maintenance carried out today allowing users the opportunity to Top Up prior to this. This is inconsiderate and unprofessional conduct from this organization and their employees, and totally unacceptable. Should this persist, we could spend the entire weekend without water due to their inefficiencies. Absolutely disgusting service considering that they are providers of a Mandatory requirement for their users.
