AVA Prepaid Water pathetic

For three months we have a problem with our water meter that is not working. I think it is unacceptable that this company don't have the decency to keep us up to date as to the progress on a constant basis as to what is going on. The service is pathetic. In the end i am buying water and putting myself in a higher level of usage because i am afraid i will owe the company money whenever this meter is fixed. Never install this company's meters as it seem to be a constant problem
