Ava & Rose - shocking stay away

I have been trying for 1 month now to return a dress for a refund. No telephone number only an email address. I have sent numerous mails and enquires on their site - no responses, no replies - NOTHING. This company appears to be a ****. I am still trying to get hold of them - SHOCKING!
