AV Vacuums

Initial contact was good and collection was fast and after servicing my vacuum was returned. Failed to return the suction pipe with vacuum. As I was ill I did not immediately contact them but did so the next day. 10 days later I am still waiting for delivery, after having been told many times that they are going to deliver. Now they are not answering my phone calls.
