Terrible Services

I recently took my old 74 cm TV to AV Tronics in Empangeni for quote. i was told it would take a day to process the qoute. I gave them my TV on the 01 December 2015. After 2 days i called to ask and was told IL receive the quote for the repair as soon as possible. i called the following day to be told that repairs take priority so I must wait, for its only a quote. they also added that they are too busy to spend time n just a Quote after i paid the initiation fee. on the 8th(a week later) i called again to ask and the technician was rude, telling me its the first time I call him after i laid my complain for the kind of service I'm receiving. He then cut me short, rudely ended the call in my ear. Today i was sent a quote via SMS with a resounding amount. I asked for a detailed breakdown of what exactly is the matter and i got a list of things i don't think exist. They are bad!!!
