Bad service

I went to Av technuque in Voortrekker road, Pretoria to have a Caska DVDGPS radio installed in my car. <br> <br> When the car was fininshed i did not get a call to tell me it was done, I had to phone them myself. This was not such a big issue for me but then i saw that the GPS on the radio was not working and they did not install the radio correctly and my car's battery ran dead over night and i would have to use jumper cables to start it.<br> <br> When I phoned them they were apologetic and said that i must bring the car back and they would fix it. But when I went back the next morning they accused me that it was my fault for some or other reason. I had only driven the car home and back, and did not tamper with the radio what so ever. <br> <br> The owner and employees there had the worst attitude and I had to fight them to get them to fix it. And then I had to help them to find the problems as well, after they said that the radio was faulty... <br> <br> At least now my gps is working. I was quite shocked at the way I was being attacked as a customer.<br> <br> I will strongly advise people not to use their services
