Terrible Service

Been waiting for a refund since Monday and everytime I go to the Pretoria North branch I get excuses; just yesterday they promised me that my refund will be processed in an hour but I'm still waiting.I am so disappointed as this is not the first product I bought from them and instead I have to be the 1 following up with them; NEVER again will I do business with them!
