AV Projects Port Elizabeth.................lack of service.

In late June Jaco and Morne were at my premises to assess our leaking roof for an insurance claim; AV Projects claimed to be part of Santam and Mutual & Federal claims panel, and I felt that they are reputable enough to also ask for qoutations on various non insurance work I wished to have done, namely laying a large cement slab around our swimming pool and an interleading gate between our washing lines and ****'s room.

Despite Whatsapp messages from Jaco saying that I will receive the quotations after I continually reminded him, I have not received anything.

One would think that in this economic climate, companies would need as much work as possible. This is obviously not the case with AV Projects.
