Very BAD SERVICE from Autozone

Tried customer care form on the Autozone website. Might as well be dealing with Home Affairs. No response after 2 attempts. Absolutely pathetic service from a so called major Brand... I have news for your poor attitude. Tshiamo(Customer Care Supervisor) and Johan(Customer service Manager) never followed on a reference number that i was supposed to recieve........NO due diligence and VERY ***********!!!!
