Very bad service and dishonest.

We have had two incidents with this outlet. 1. My wife purchased speakers which were to big and she took them back. The Manager said he would replace them but it would take two weeks. When she went to collect them he denied knowing anything about it. Paid and no speakers. 2. I purchased a set of brake shoes but could only do one side. While you are driving it squeals and is driving me crazy. They said there is nothing the could do as the manager is on leave. I felt that they should of taken it up with the supplier. How am i going to know if they are going to squeal if i do not fit them. There conduct was unbecoming to AutoZone.
