Unhappy client

I'm not happy with the service that i got from Autozone -Dawn park branch cashier.I bought a Willard battery on march 2019 with a 25 month warranty. Now the battery has been giving me problems since it wont even start my car. On the 5th May 2020 i took back to the shop and they confirmed the battery need to be replaced i must come on the 7th May 2020 to get replacement Willard battery since it was out of stock.When i got there on the 7th May the same cashier he said who called me to come and get the battery because he never called me, in a very rude manner. He said i must wait for the call i waited until i to go back to the shop on the 17/05/2020 found a new cashier and told him i wanted to buy a battery when he told me they are out of stock and he ordered the battery to be collected 19.05.2020.because i received a call from *** to come collect battery. When i got to the shop i found old rude cashier and he told me that the shop is closing and he doesn't know of any batteries. This is frustrating!!! I'm very annoyed.
