Unfair treatment from Autozone springs

I bought 2 x681/2 batteries from Autozone springs. Those batteries had 25 months warranty they were due to expire in October 2019. I returned them to the shop when I was called to come and get my claim I was shocked because they wanted to give me one battery. Saying that they was a mix up they took in the other battery with the s**** batteries which was their fault. And the manager promised to fix the problem. But it's now 2 weeks and no word from her I have sent her 2 emails and she is not responding. Should my business suffer because of *********** staff? Auto Zone customer care is this the way you operate?
