SWAK DIENS

<p> Last week on Wednesday i visit the local branch, to get prices on shocks for my vehicle and also service parts, on Thursday i visit again the branch to confirm my order, regarding the shocks, i was promise that the shocks will be today here at 09:30, i even bought on last week thursday parts for service of my car, this morining i visit the local branch, but no PARTS!!!! i was told the shocks is at Bothaville branch and again this morning it seems still be there, on last week i even purspone the installation of the shocks, now today i was inform about the PROBLEMS again, i'm leaving fot the Cape on Wednesday at evening, now all my arrangements is shift DUE to the fact of this local branch people WHO IS NOT QUILIFIED to do their job properly, once again i have to go to town again, praying if the shocks is there on time, i have to shift a workshop schedules due to this local branch BAD SERVICE!!!! I personally think this is quite pathetic for a big organization like Autozone</p>
