Still waiting after 3 weeks for a Part I paid for the day I ordered it!!

On the 13th of August I enquired about a M Sport grill for my BMW 323i E90 at Bethal Autozone. Immediatly was told can get it and will be deliver to the shop on Thursday the 15th. After a phonecall on the 15th was told waiting for stock. On the 19th i was told it would be here in the 23rd and again nothing. So my last straw I phoned on tuesday the 27th August and was told that Its getting picked up personally by Husain. So today I contacted Husain via Whatsapp to find out if the part came: not surpricingly no answer. I all ready paid for the grill on the 13th. 3 weeks later and still no clear answer on when i get what i paid for. Extremely bad service from one of the most trusted supply chain part stores! Very disappointing service.
