Regret why I bought battery at Autozone

I bought battery at Autozone Hebron mall On 14-11-2022, it started to give me problems around October 2023 which is still under warranty.

I went to Autozone hebron mall around October to complain battery which I have to jump start every morning, Judas test my battery and said he don't pic up any problem with my battery. Then he took my number and said he will call me when rap comes which he didn't call.

I went back to store with the same problem helped by Judas again, he took my battery and said is flat it need to be charged, he charged it and said I must come back after 3 hours, when I went back he gave me option to give me battery which I can use while I'm waiting for rap to test my battery because he said rap will come after 7days. I left my battery in store.

I went back on 14 November 2023 he told me that rap says I lost my warranty because my battery is over charged, I've never charged it, it was charged at autozone Hebron. Why is that I have to struggle so much for my battery to be replaced when is still under warranty?
