Poor service and incompetence of staff

On the 31 Dec 2021 I visited autozone moruleng mall to purchase a v belt for my power steering, after I got a breakdown...upon my arrival got bad experience from a male sale executive, as he insisted I go back to the venue of the breakdown and use wool to measure the circumference of the belt as he would not assist me cause they never get the belt size unless I provide a wool as per size
