Poor service

I went to Auto Zone at Seshego circle to buy a battery. I just collected my car from pabelbeater n don't know that happened to my battery as I got stucked in the middle of the road. Passing by people assist by changing the battery so that I can managed to go to the nearest workshop to buy a battery. When I get at Auto Zone the gentleman who is at front said he won't be helping me to change the battery in my car, that's thier policy. Firstly as a woman how do I know how to change the battery and put the new one in. He refused even if I told him that I don't know how to take out the battery n replace it with the new one. A customer volunteer to assist me. I get to wonder if this kind of a policy was approved by the board.
