Poor Service

I had a breakdown on Thursday night. I was then towed back home. I phoned autozone wellington friday morning as they told me if i order parts before 12 it will be there the same day or early next day. I left a meaage for Granville about the part i needed and also told Francios/Dewald about it and told them that they can also order it if Granville is not there. I called about 3 times to follow up and they said its fine they will get the part. I had to drive there Sat morning and then they just told me sorry. When i got back home i called again to follow up again if they actually ordered it but everyone is always busy. I asked if at least one of the sales guys can phone me back but still nobody cared to call. I have been supporting autozone for years as the service was really poor there. Something must be done to improve this asap.
