Poor customer service

Hi I went there I needed a part for my car the lady working there told me that they don't have it. She told me she can order it for me then I'll get it the following day she took my number which was good. She told me they will call me the following day, I waited the following day she didn't call me. I drove back to autozone the service was bad she ignored me. I waited for more than 15mins for her to attend to me mind you the place is not even that busy for the person to wait this long next thing she told me to come back late before they close I told her I'll come back the following day because I needed that part. The following day I went and she ignored me again and this time she decided to go to the back of the house I waited there feeling like a fool and those two guys who work with her didn't bother to ask what am I waiting for they also pretend to be busy with whatever they were doing. After waiting for the lady to come back when she came back only to be told that the part I ordered they didn't have it that time I've paid for the part yoooo they are killing the business because of their poor customer service at autozone in Olifant
