Poor customer service

I ordered rings for a BMW 540i e34 on the 8th of December. A lady by the name of Nematenda Phathutshedzo was the assistant. I was promised that the goods would be there on the 10th. When I called I was told either the 11th or the 12th. Yesterday (14th). I'm told the lady will return my call when she returns from another branch. Nothing happened.

This morning I got hold of the lady and she was loud uncouth and unprofessional. Telling me to await an sms. I calmly requested that I be informed on the progress as it is the festive season. Her responses were unpalatable. Come to think of the fact that I have paid for these items.
