PATHETIC!! NO SERVICE

I have called on ***, i have been transferred 5 times to the Parts Department, No answer/ the receiver end just goes quiet there is no sound of a ringing phone, I don't even think the lady even know how to transfer a call. When i asked her just to find out something for me at the Parts department because its ridiculous to be holding and be transferred consistently. Her respond \ I can't do nothing, because i just answer the phones here\" that is truly pathetic! Whats wrong with standing up to find someone to speak to me or get feedback to my query."
