Pathetic Customer Service at Autozone Secunda

Terrible pathetic customer service at Autozone Secunda. Phoned to confirm time of closing on Saturday as I needed spares urgently for my vehicle. Was told they close at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 as I had to arrange teansport to their store. When I got there the doors were closed and was told by tge lady at the door they are closed and she walks away. All the 4 other spares stores next to them all close at 1pm but their doors are only closed at 1pm not earlier. I was fortunate to get the spare at one of the other spares stores as it is not a common item. I was a loyal customer to Autozone but no more as they are not bothered about customer service or rather dont know what customer service is. Why have a operating time on display when they don't abide by it. Utterly dissapointed customer.
