Ordered part lost.

I ordered a brake disk at Postmasburg autozone on Monday the 19th 2022 with a deposit. I was told it would be at the store on Tuesday the 20th. When I went to collect it on Friday the 23rd around 11am I was told that it was delivered but they don't know where it was they will call me back once they get it. I called them back again around 4pm still they don't know where the part is and I have to drive to Limpopo tonight for funeral. Postmasburg Autozone doesn't take its customers seriously or maybe it's because I am a African person.
