Not satisfied with condition of battery

I bought the car battery from Autozone 3 months ago but now the battery is no longer working then when I went to the shop they recharged it and days after is was not working again when I took it back they said the manager is in Botswana they can not refund me my money and it has been two weeks since they said he is in out of the country and I have been checking them continously but they can not assist me.
