Non existing service at Autozone Vanderbijlpark

We went to AutoZone Vanderbijlpark at 11:00 today 18 August. When we got there 2 men were standing outside smoking. We went in and there was nobody there to greet or assist. We waited at least 5 minutes before the 2 guys came in. They did not greet and walked straight past us. They acted as if we weren't there. I am not fami**** with the part I was supposed to buy and I did need help. Very disappointing. I will never go there again.
