Never ever buying from AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN AUTOZONE MUST FALL

Dear autozone SA and autozone kriel in mpumalang.

I was so badly treated and harassed by the staff member(a lady) for trying to return a battery I bought with my hard earned money even thou I don't work that well.

So I bought a battery new in March 2023 towards the end of it and from the 25th of April 2023 the battery doesn't want to start n bare I use my car for work... OK I skipped work went to kriel after being pushed start got there showed them the slip n battery n they saw it doesn't start. So she tests the battery n it tells her battery not in good condition n she tells me it's nothing they just need to charge it. Hau charge its not change it I asked and bare I skipped work... OK I wait until she charges it n it starts. I go back home after 2weeks on a Sunday it does the same thing again I call the shop they ask me to bring it and now I had to ask that I'll be late for work as I have to get my battery changed n again they tell me that they have to charge it and that my car is the one chawing the battery so I am like how cause I use the car they tell me they can't help me until I get a diagnosis from Vw and diagnoses is 3.200Zar meaning twice as much and I had being using the past battery I exchanged with for 5years 5years straight... So I don't know maybe am being too harsh reporting this here but really Autozone needs to see this review and intervine honestly... I am never buying from any autozone and again I'll keep advising people not to buy from any autozone
