Lives up to their promise

Well done to Autozone for the great service I got yesterday. I phoned at 11.00 in the morning for glow plugs for my bakkie, which they didn't have in stock. They promised they would have them by 15.30 that same afternoon. My complaint was that the Gears were a little difficult to change. I received a call to tell me there were three things wrong with my vehicle. I was told I needed windscreen wipers. I was mildly annoyed that they wanted to charge over R600.00 for wiper blades. The then wanted to charge me R3500 for brakes. Also not happy. <br> The main issue was they said I needed a new clutch \also at a ridiculous price. I asked if it was normal for a vehicle; one Isuzu double Cab and two Utility vehicles. Not one of them has needed a clutch under 200000km's If this is the quality of the new vehicles;that you need a clutch after 30000km's then this will be my last GM I buy. I am still waiting for the service manager to get back to me. And I e-mailed a complaint to Head office. Still no response. Do not buy this vehicle!<br> """
