Kaalfontein manager is full of lies

on the 29 of april 2023 i was sold a battery at elim autozone that is not equivallent to my car and this brand i wasn't buying it they made me buy it bcz they had no stock of 643 SABAT battery and after.

On the 31 i went to kaalfontein corner to have the battery checked cz in the morning my battery get to be flat and cant start the car and EDWIN checked the battery and and said this is too small and it is still ohk just dt it is not compatible to my car then she communicated to TINYIKO from elim to send and an email so he can accept it.

On the 1st after Tinyiko told me to go to kaalfontein corner to Edwin to replace and top up the remaining amount after she had communicated with Kevin from head office Edwin came with the same spaner and removed the 1st terminal and the second one was more tight where he ended up damaging ther terminal and my wife as he saw he was struggling he asked him cant you swing it and suddenly my wife swinged it with edwin while edwin knows very well if they swing it and it get damaged the warranty will not apply.

After swinging the battery edwin went inside then came back and said terminals are damaged and he wont accept it.

Now my car has no battery and when i asked him wht must i do as he knew if terminals get damaged it wont be replaced.

Then i called Tinyiko from elim and Tinyiko gave me a story where edwin says he didnt touch it then when the elim manager calls him again he said he removed only one terminal while he knew a woman cant remove a terminal that he as a man cant remove.

Honestly i need my battery and your manager has to take his responsibility for the damage cz im prepared to go all the way even if i have to go and open a case to autozone or even sue auto zone as im also going to report this to hello peter.
