Horrible service

On Friday, 2nd May 2025 at 11:30am, I visited Auto Zone in Hebron, and I am disappointed to say that in all my 15 years as a driver and car owner, I have never received such appalling service. I purchased a new car battery at this establishment on 6th June 2024, but last Friday, I found myself stuck at home as I was about to leave for work because my car would not start. After finally being able to jump start the car, I went to Auto Zone as it was less than a year after buying the battery, so it was still under warranty.

When I arrived at Auto Zone Hebron, I was received by a gentleman by the name of Lucky. I relayed my issue to him, explained how the battery was still new, and without even checking it, he told me that I needed to buy a new battery. I disputed this, and Lucky became extremely rude in his responses, so I escalated the matter to his manager, a gentleman by the name of Ludwick. At this point, I was already running late for work. He was very courteous, apologised for his employee, even told me how there have been many complaints from customers concerning Lucky, a fact I find very strange because why does he continue to be employed there if he has been such a problem. Ludwick proceeded to check my battery, and he told me that it was in perfect working condition. I asked him if he was sure of this assessment because I do not want to find myself stranded, I service my car regularly to make sure that I avoid any situation where I will find myself stranded and unsafe or unable to work. He assured me that the battery was in perfect working condition. Today, 6th May 2025, less than a week after Ludwick reassured me of the battery's perfect working condition, I find myself stuck at home, unable to go to work, because yet again, my car will not start. Now, if there is no issue with the battery, then how do I find myself stranded yet again? Frankly, I am shocked at the incompetence of both gentlemen who assisted me, including Ludwick in all his politeness, because this entire issue could have been avoided had they both done their jobs properly. In less than 1 week, I must report to my manager that my work schedule will be disrupted yet again because of the same issue. Now I look like an *********** **** at work. I can accept many things, but not something that affects my very own livelihood. I find this entire situation extremely unacceptable.

I need a solution please.
