extremely rude and disrespectful

Good day .<br> <br> I would like to express my disappointment by the treatment that i have experienced yesterday late afternoon .<br> <br> 4 months back i bought a car battery at AutoZone in Edmond St, Pretoria Central , so the battery gave me a problem resulting in my car unable to start .<br> <br> I had to use an alternative mode of transport to take my child to school and going to work .<br> <br> I called my insurance to come jump start my car , they arrived 17:30 and the car jumped started , so i drove to AutoZone to have the battery checked since it still have 1 year guarantee .<br> <br> I got to the shop @ 17:47 , the wasn't closed as well as the shop , the security guy who didn't want to give me his name didn't allowed me in saying they are closed and i told him the business hours is 7:00 AM - 7:30PM as indicated on their website .<br> <br> The security guy was extremely rude and disrespectful , so i would like the management to take a serious action against the security guard at that particular outlet .<br> <br> Regards .<br> <br> Disappointed and unsatisfied client <br> <br> <br>
