Disgusting service

I bought plugs, a torque wrench,10mm and 16mm sockets. I was stuck on the side of the road and when my mechanic came through, found that the spares wasn't needed. The sales woman then gave me every excuse as to why they cannot give me a credit even though the slip was provided. I had even agreed to the 10% handling fee they wanted to charge me which was not stated anywhere in the store and is not on the till slip either. They had also refused to let me speak to anyone in management and had made me feel like a ******** as well as violated my rights as a customer. Absolutely disgusting service and people who are not fit to work with customers or in parts sales as they're truly ***********.
