Dead battery

A few weeks ago I took back my battery that is faulty to The White River Branch as it is where I purchased it. My battery is still under warranty, I was told to wait for a call the next day of which that never happened until I called and asked for the manager who then said he will WhatsApp a picture of the battery to the rap who is in SD.

Few days later he called and said the rap had declined replacing the battery but he wants him to come in the store to show him the battery as he calls in that store every Wednesday /Thursday but he then borrowed me a battery for the mean time...

The battery he borrowed me did not work and 1 terminal comes off ****erally)

Up to now I haven't heard anything, if this is how Autozone conducts business in this tough and striving economic then I'm sorry but it is headed for disaster.

Why must the Sabat/Willards rap decline batteries via a picture... Where else at their store they exchange battery easy.

My business is stuck now as the vehicle which I do business with has no battery and now I'm loosing income as I am self employed.
