Very dissatisfied with the polokwane branch. Came all the way from the farm, 38 km out of town, to buy a battery charger and 2 12v batteries, a new charger, 15w40 oil and new jumper cables, arrived at 12:40 on Saturday 27 June. Just to find that the door was closed, there were four other customers there also wondering why the doors were closed, knocked on the door until the "manager" came he first addressed the one other customer who was furious about the battery for her vehicle which she had brought in the previous day, he then told her that the store is closed, myself and the other customers pointed out to him that it was now 12:45 and that the sign on the door very clearly states that the shop closes at 13:00 he then said that he was the manager and "he" said the shop is now closed, he then shut the door on 5 customers and went to go sit down on a chair near the door and put his earphones in. Well they have lost a very loyal customer. I will definately be going to midus from now on, I rushed to them got to them after they had closed their doors 13:06 and the manager there was more than willing to open the doors for me with a big smile, after hearing the auto zone story, they gave me a 20% discount on all my stuff, and their list price on most of the stuff is cheaper too. Can't belive I was stupid enough to ever go to auto zone.
