Cashier bad attitude

Hi to it may concern The cashier here at autozone in Lichtenburg. She has a very bad attitude towards the customars. I register my VIP card more than a month ago and it is registered even one other consultants said that is registered if i got the card more than a month ago. She even called me a ****. Please sort thisatter out. She should not work there if she has a bad attitude towards customars
