Best customer service

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Mr. Simon and the other gentleman assisting him at AutoZone Florida. Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but he was tall and have beads.

They assisted me with fitting a new battery to my vehicle, which is not a simple task as several components have to be removed before access to the battery can be gained. Although the battery initially available was the wrong size, they went the extra mile to order the correct battery from the Edenvale branch.

The following day, they fitted the correct battery and completed the installation professionally and efficiently. Their patience, dedication, and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.
