Bad Service

I called QSV & Aeroton for prices. I held on for about 5 minutes with them telling me about there different braands. I wasn't interested in what they sell, all I wanted was a price for spares. I just feel that is ridiculous to keep customers waiting for long. Waiting my data and time.
