Bad service autozone Randburg

Bad service from Autozone Randburg. I ordered parts almost 2weeks back,they told me that before they place an order, i needed to pay a deposit. When I called to ask for banking details, price quoted had changed, this happened 3x, even after I paid the deposit as per 2nd quote& stilldidn't get the parts. I decided not to do business with them and now struggling to get my money back. It's excuse after excuses, promises after promises, I am yet to receive confirmation of the refund after the last excuse, which was they needed to verify my banking details. I wonder if Autozone will even pay me the interest they're accumulating whilst they're keeping my money or my airtime ? I am disappointed and utterly frustrated, i spend my time chasing my money with no joy. Autozone is in a business to provide a service, if this is the kind of service they offer, i wonder how they're still in business.
