Bad Service

I called autozone to find out prices for some spares I need. I called from my prepaid cellphone to a landline and I am unemployed. The first time I called the receptionist transfered the call. Upon answering the call the guy just says I'm busy and leaves the phone aside for +- 4mins. I said hello numerous times still no response. I cut the call and called back. When the lady answered I asked her for the name of the salesperson. She said it was shabeer. I advised her I'm calling from a prepaid cellphone and she again transfered the call. And again the guy picks the phone up and says shabeer hello and leaves the phone aside. I say hello numerous times again waited the call was cut as my airtime finished. <br> There is no telephone etiquette. That was very bad attitude. As a customer I feel like I was disregarded and abandoned even after me explaining to the receptionist I'm calling from a prepaid cellphone
