Bad service

I went to autozone on the 18/12/2023 to exchange my battery which is dead.i was told there was not reading on the battery as it was dead but i must come back the next day so that they can check it again.i suggested to jump start the battery which was dismissed.the staff was extremely rude including the manager who told me that the business will not loose money because of me and that the battery will not be changed.I have currently bought a new battery because my car is now without a battery. I no longer want an exchange rather they refund me for their faulty car battery
