Bad customer service

I bought a battery for my Audi, called in to find out the size by giving them the VIN number, bought it via PayJustNow. We and collected my battery at Kempton Park, they took the original battery and replaced it with the one I bought. This morning as I was about to leave for work, my car could not start, had to get assistance, I drove to Autozone where the battery was collected and installed. Only to find the size of the battery is too small. I bought the battery on the 08/11/2022. There is nothing they can do. Should I have been give the correct information I would not had to suffer like this
