Avoid ANY AutoZone, sells ****

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!

We received a written undertaking from AutoZone that they will pay an amount of R5800 to us as "goodwill gesture". This happened after many months of us begging and complaining. Undertaking by Michael Da Paixao ( Merchandise and Marketing Executive) conveyed to us by Legal Manager Belinda Minnie. Low and behold, no payment received with normal ****py excuses that payment must "just be approved". What utter nonsense 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Read our hellopeter.com reviews about Autozone that will convince you on the facts to buy anything you may need from any other business except Autozone. They are not prepared to pay/refund an amount of R5800 to us in order to warrant their parts and to protect their reputation. Only conclusion anybody can reach, rather avoid any Autozone at all costs. The decision to not refund our damages were taken by the upper management of Autozone so it is not a simple mistake by some branch manager. Accordingly, drive past Autozone, find another spare shop even if you have to spent an hour searching.
