Autozone woodlands the worst

The worst people to deal with no business ethics and customer service we bought a khoil almost 2 months ago within a week the thing stopped working. we then took it back they then stated it cant be returned you will have to send it away for testing. We didnt agree to this and they took the khoil and send it away for testing up and till today we have not received any feedback they kept our money took the khoil and now we sitting with nothing every time we phone no one can help the ladies at this store gets paid for nothing they dont deal with the supplier they cant help with the matter they know nothing about the industry but yet they employed no idea why....... i am making it a point to let everyone know not to buy by this store again poor service no sorry **** services
