Autozone won't help even if they can.

I traveled today, Sunday, from Lephelale to Middelburg. My trailer broke down and i stopped at Autozone Modimole at 12h10 to see if i can buy a spanner to fix my problem. The store closed at 12h00 but i saw somebody still inside. I open the door as it was not locked and asked the person if they where closed. The answer came "Yes Sir" I asked if it was possible to sell me a spanner as the guy was standing right next to the spanners in store with his golf club ready to leave for the driving range i suppose. The answer " Sorry, no sir we already cashed up and are unable to do any more sales" I explained then that i really need a spanner urgently and that i was traveling through town and are still far away from my destination. The person then again told me " Sorry sir i can't help you, you can try the store down the road" While standing a grasp away from the spanner i needed so urgently, with a golf club in one hand, showing that pitching a few ***** is more important than helping a customer in need, and a cellphone in the other. Being a business owner in retail myself, this attitude towards customer service makes me furious. If this was one of my frontline service staff he would probably be looking for a job at Autozone by next week. Not only does this reflect negatively on Autozone but also on the town of Modimole as i will always remember Modimole as the place where i could not get help when needed. I just left the store before i lost it totally.
