Autozone will not replace/exchange lifetime warranty tools they sold me

I Have bought a tool set about a year ago. AMPRO with lifetime warranty. The ratchet spanners are both faulty. At first the person behind the counter said they would help me get a replacement. I phoned a week or two later and he said the parts were on its way. Now when i went to collect it he lets me know that they cant exchange it because it is discontinued and they do not sell Ampro anymore. Now all of a sudden they cant help me anymore. They still have ampro adverti*****t in store. I cant use my tools and they tell me that they cant replace it with anything.

I then tried reaching the head office. They put me thru to a phone that just rings and rings. I tried phoning again and I then get cut off.

Such a bad experience.
