I have a problem with a battery I bought at auto zone Roodepoort, this battery got me stack twice with my car it keeps on flashing battery sign on my cluster. I called them and went to see them. They told me my battery was fine. I got stack again and I had to be jumped started again. I have a proof of purchase and a guarantee of 18months. They advised me to buy their brand as is equivalent to other brands. I want my money back to go buy somewhere else where, were I can exchange if I have a problem. I am tired of talking to the manager as he doesn't take me serious. I would I advice my fellow customers not to buy there as they won't be able to exchange or return faulty items. I am very sad as I paid approximately R1400 for nothing. I will never buy anything there at Autozone!!!
