Autozone riding on their past laurels.

We have experienced the worsted service at Autozone Mt Frere, firstly they cannot use the card we use at Midas and every garage or petrol station, we even buy Tyres with this card but at Autozone NO they cannot help us, then we ask if we can do a EFT all this is for a new battery for our bakkie that suddenly died, they say we must wait 24hrs. Where do our staff sleep in the shop and what about our customer? They do not offer to help us even though we just spent R1900 on a battery and this leads to a staff member dropping the battery and damaging it, still no offer of assistance, we had to buy a second battery now R3800 spent in this do not care about the customer Autozone store. I think this kind of service is disgraceful. The other issue is I tried calling Head Office and got through once and left a message that no one returns my call, i tried calling again numerous times and the phone just rings, make me wonder how they manage to stay in business.
