Autozone Paarl dissapointed me big time

I purchased a car battery by Autozone in Paarl that is still under guarantee... yesterday it stopped working... when I took it back with the invoice they tell me they need to send it away to be tested... why???????????????????????? Just give me a new battery... I gave you the mothaf... invoice....
